The GRIOT Architecture allows our teams of robots to coordinate their actions in order to perform their goals.
These are some of the components of the GRIOT.
The G.R.I.O.T. (Group Reasoning Inference & Ontological Theory) architecture functions as a method for constructing multi-agent systems that are designed to perform logical analysis and group reasoning. The GRIOT architecture assumes a multi-paradigm approach that relies primarily on a hybrid of logic, multi-agent programming, and object-oriented techniques.
Traditional multi-agent system consists of a collection of agents working together on a problem, a GRIOT system consists of a group of Griots (Griot is a recursive concept) reasoning together.
